1. Coronavirus MERS was first discovered in Saudi Arabia in 2012. Before the end of the year it had already reached the neighboring countries and came to Europe: Germany, France, Britain. In the same year, the first death was registered in the city of Jeddah in Saudi Arabia. During the next 3 years the outbreaks of coronavirus were registered in 23 countries. The number of patients amounted to 1200 people in total and every third died. South Korea was the first country where the outbreak was as massive as in Saudi Arabia.
